I acknowledge that if there is foreseeable bad weather for the day of my picnic, I can reschedule if I give notice at least 24 hours in advance. *

I acknowledge that in the event any property is damaged during my picnic, I and my guests are responsible for property damage costs. *
This includes food and beverage spills.

I acknowledge that my reservation is NOT secured until I sign (2) liability waivers and submit at least a 50% deposit. *

We will give a 10 minute courtesy, thereafter the time of your picnic will begin. No exceptions, please plan accordingly.

I acknowledge that if I choose another location other than the recommended locations by TI am fully responsible for applying and paying for the city event permit.
